Arrow Consultants has completed community-wide
needs assessments across the United States - from very rural areas to
large metropolitan centers. We have worked with community coalitions,
United Way and their affiliate organizations as well as hospital foundations
to help them set and meet community priorities. The methodology for
completing community needs assessments includes: community committee
formation, survey design and implementation, focus groups, public input
events, strategic priority setting and monitoring/evaluation of projects.

must be involved in the entire research process in order to ensure buy-in
